FRANKLIN — Franklin VNA & Hospice has been awarded a grant from the Saul O. Sidore Memorial Foundation in the amount of $1,492 to purchase two CoaguChek XS Plus monitoring systems. These devices monitor coagulation values in blood in people who are taking oral anticoagulation medication. This grant will contribute to better health care delivery within the community. It will also enable Franklin VNA & Hospice to further enhance its mission to provide quality home health care, hospice and education to individuals and families in local communities so that they may reach their highest level of independence.
Financial support through grants and donations plays a crucial role in ensuring that Franklin VNA & Hospice is able to continue to offer high-quality and personalized physical, emotional, and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, their family, and loved ones.
