GILFORD — Sandra Consuelo Montufar Estrada Hoban, 45, of Hazelnut Road, passed away on Nov. 10, 2025, at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts.
Sandra was born on Feb. 6, 1980, in Guatemala, the daughter of Vicente Montufar and Odilia (Estrada) Esperanza.
She enjoyed nature, cooking and spending time with friends and family.
Sandra is survived by her beloved husband Patrick Hoban; sons Christopher Hoban and Genderson Munoz; daughters Yamiliex Montufar, Mariana Hoban, Lindsey Walker and Courtney Hoban; one grandchild, Laine Walker; brothers Joel Montufar, Mincho Montufar and Romeo Montufar; sister Noeme Montufar; and her father, Vicente. She was predeceased by her mother, Odilia.
There will be no calling hours.
A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, at the First Baptist Church, 89 Main St. at High Street, Meredith.
