FRANKLIN — Franklin VNA & Hospice recently received a grant to further enrich services to low-income, underinsured, and individuals with chronic conditions.
This grant, provided by the Eastern Bank Foundation in the amount of $2,500, will enable Franklin VNA and Hospice to further enhance its mission to provide quality home health care, hospice, and education to individuals and families so they may reach their highest level of independence.
This grant will be utilized to strengthen various aspects of the services Franklin VNA provides and allow it to increase the amount of healthcare available for families in need. This financial support will play a crucial role in ensuring Franklin VNA and Hospice will continue to offer high-quality and personalized physical, emotional, and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, their family, and loved ones.
