GILFORD — A variety of Native American foods will be will be served on Saturday, Nov. 18, from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Gilford Community Church hall, 19 Potter Hill Road.
The event, sponsored by the New Hampshire Intertribal Native American Council, will feature foods such as moose, bear, venison/deer, buffalo, and trout, along with breads, rice, and various vegetables and beverages.
The cost is $15 for adults, and $10 for children and elders. Those under age 6 can eat for free.
Besides the food offerings, there will also be native drumming and flute playing.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Native American Scholarship Fund.
