The Lodge at Belmont, the only greyhound park in New Hampshire’s Lakes Region, has announced a special Hold ‘Em Tournament on Saturday, July 14, starting at 2 p.m.
The tournament requires a $150 entry fee, with 80-percent payback to players, 7500 starting chips and no re-buys. Also offered are blackjack, craps and poker, live games and tournaments, every Wednesday and Friday from 4 p.m. to 12 midnight, Saturdays from 2 p.m. to 12 midnight, and Sundays from 12 Noon to 10 p.m.. All tournaments and live games benefit local New Hampshire charities certified by the state.
Plus, Blues-ology, a blues bar and restaurant at The Lodge, serves lunch and dinner seven days a week with free live entertainment every weekend. This weekend, patrons will enjoy the Monster Mike Welsh Band on Friday night, and the Evan Goodrow Band on Saturday night, both starting at 8 p.m.
The Lodge at Belmont has simulcast thoroughbred, harness and greyhound racing, as well as telephone wagering. The Lodge offers live racing every weekend through September 3. Races begin at 7 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
