SCORE offers customer growth workshop

LACONIA — Could your business use a few more customers? The experience a customer has with you and your business is critical in growing your business and developing a long term customer relationship. Sadly many small businesses fail to look at how to offer an awesome customer experience. In this fast paced society of today a small business person needs to integrate all of the elements and customer touch points both digital and conventional to attract and develop a stronger relationship with customers.

SCORE Lakes Region brings you our "Creating an Awesome Customer Experience" workshop. During this highly interactive workshop you will be updated on the current state of customer dissatisfaction, how to create and develop a sustainable, cohesive customer experience that will gain their loyalty, propel referrals and word-of-mouth recommendations and ultimately grow your business.

This workshop will be hosted by Lakes Region SCORE. The presenter will be Kerry Pfrimmer, an award winning Marketing and Sales leader whose career advanced from the ranks of Sales & Marketing into general and executive management. His 30+ year career has spanned small businesses in specialty retail, automotive and recreational product segments and Senior Executive roles at Fortune 500 companies including; DuPont and GE. His passion for relentless customer satisfaction and growth will encourage you to propel your business to new sales levels and implement practical high impact solutions.

Advance registration tuition is $25 per person for September 24th workshop. Registration will be available at the door the night of the event from 5:00-5:30 PM for $30. The workshop will be held from 5:30 – 8:00 PM at the Laconia Chamber of Commerce, 383 South Main Street, Laconia, NH.
