LACONIA — Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) is pleased to announce that they have signed on as Presenting Sponsor for the 2015 WOW Sweepstakes Ball, which will be held at the Lake Opechee Inn & Conference Center on Saturday, May 16. This will be MVSB's sixth consecutive year as Presenting Sponsor for this event.

"The WOW Trail has been such a wonderful recreation resource for the Lakes Region community and we are very proud to support expansion of the trail through our sponsorship of this fundraiser" said Stacy Trites, Branch Services Supervisor at MVSB's Laconia Office.

"MVSB is a true community bank," added WOW Trail Executive Director Gretchen Gandini. "Through their ongoing commitment to the WOW Trail and other vital community resources, they have shown us time and again that the health and economic vitality of this community is important to them. We're thrilled to partner with MVSB for the WOW Sweepstakes Ball again this year."

The WOW Sweepstakes Ball is a key annual fundraiser for the WOW Trail and has helped raise more than $300,000 for construction and maintenance of the WOW Trail since it began in 2004. This year's WOW Ball attendees will enjoy dinner, live music performed by Holycow!, and the chance to win one of ten cash prizes, including a $10,000 Grand Prize.

Each $100 ticket includes admission for two and one sweepstakes entry. Tickets went on sale on April 6 and are available for purchase at Laconia Athletic & Swim Club, Patrick's Pub & Eatery, or online at www.meadowbrook.net. Ticketholders do not need to be present to win.
