BRISTOL — Newfound Arera Churches (NAC) will be sponsoring their annual Crop Walk on Sunday, May 1. This is a fundraiser for Church World Services (CWS) and NAC to fight world hunger. Twenty-five percent of all the money raised will come back to the Bristol Community Services.
The walk will be at the New Hampton Nature and Fitness Trail located behind the Fire Station. Registration will begin at 1:30 p.m. and the walk is to begin at 2:00 p.m. Donations may be made by cash, check, or online (https://www.crophungerwalk.org). Walker registration forms can be obtained at the following NAC churches: Alexandria United Methodist Church, Bristol Baptist Church, Bristol United Church of Christ, New Hampton Community Church, Holy Trinity Parish at Our Lady Of Grace Chapel, and Union Congregational Church of Hebron.
