Lakes Region Child Care accepting applications for summer program

Lakes Region Child Care is accepting applications for their Summer Program. This year the Summer Program, located at Pleasant St. School, will open on Tuesday, June 23 and continue through Wednesday, August 26. the hours of operation are 6:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Planned weekly activities include gymnastics at LR Gymnastics, swim lessons and a fitness game program at Laconia Athletic and Swim Club. An extra field trip is scheduled each week to a variety of attractions and state parks.

Field trips are an additional cost and will be charged for the weeks signed up for camp, regardless of attendance. Typically cost is around $10, but may vary for larger trips. A Fisher Cats game in Manchester is scheduled for July 23.

In addition to the trips, the Summer Program will provide daily time at Opechee beaches, lots of outside/park playtime and many opportunities for learning and discovery.

Tuition is $130 per week for full-time (4 or 5 days) and $28 per day for part time (3 days). State scholarships are accepted and second child discounts are available.
