As a community service, the Historic Belknap Mill is hosting its annual blood drive in partnership with the American Red Cross on Friday, July 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. This year, blood donors will receive a coupon for a free half gallon of ice cream, courtesy of Friendly’s.
Potential donors should be in generally good health, at least 17 years old and weight a minimum of 110 lbs. A valid picture ID will be required in the form of either a Red Cross Donor card or a government issued picture ID or two other forms of positive ID. No appointment is necessary.
