October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Local singer/ songwriter, Jack Polidoro's (Dr. Jack) most recent music CD, "Dues Already Paid," features the original full production tune "Katie's Song- I Don't Know Your Pain," written for a young friend who underwent cancer treatment and surgery, and is now a breast cancer survivor. The song recorded at Rocking Horse Studio, Pittsfield, is dedicated to anyone experiencing or surviving this devastating disease and undergoing treatment. It is a song of inspiration, empowerment, compassion and hope - for anyone dealing with cancer, male or female. The song is popular on Spotify, iTunes, CDBaby and other music social media.
