WEIRS BEACH — Bring a lawn chair or blanket and enjoy a summer evening of music, friends and community at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 29, at Weirs Community Park outdoor amphitheater.
With five-part harmonies and stereophonic instrumental arrangements, The Bel Airs take listeners on a romantic journey back to the time of poodle skirts, beehive hairdos, car tailfins and shiny metal diners.
Earlier in the day, the park hall will host the 12th Annual Summer Psychic Fair from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. for psychic readers, vendors, aura photography, crystals, jewelry, and handcrafted arts.
There will be door prizes and presentations at this event, which is free and open to the public.
The Weirs Park Amphitheater is located at 49 Lucerne Ave., behind the Weirs Beach Fire Station. In the event of rain, the show will be set up inside the Weirs Community Park Hall right next to the park.Â
Other events coming up include a Yoga Series Sundays at 10 a.m. through Aug. 20. Classes July 29 and Aug. 20 are adults only;Â Aug. 6 and 13, adults and children are welcome.
