BRISTOL — The Friends of Minot-Sleeper Library will hold a book sale in the lower level of the library on Saturday, Aug. 5.

Books of all genres and interests, children’s books for every age, puzzles, DVDs, audio books and CDs will be available.

Fill a bag of your favorite reads for just $5. Not only are you getting a great deal, but all the proceeds from the book sale also directly support the summer reading program’s events and prizes.

Before you leave be sure to purchase a raffle ticket for a chance to win the magnificent community quilt on display in the library. The drawing for this incredible prize will take place on Old Home Day, Saturday, Aug. 26.

By participating in the book sale and purchasing raffle tickets, you’re not only supporting the library, but also helping to make a difference in the community. The Friends group is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to promoting community interest in the library. We look forward to seeing you at the book sale on Saturday, Aug. 5, between the hours of 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
