PLYMOUTH — On Friday, Oct. 17, the Plymouth and Newfound communities will join forces for Stronger Together: An Evening of Support for the Hutchins and Sanborn Families. This evening of fun and competition will be held at Plymouth Regional High School and doors will open at 5 p.m.Â
At the event, third through sixth grade youth basketball players from each community as well as many local first responders will take to the court and battle for all of the glory. A Chuck-A-Duck game, concessions, and a silent auction will also add to the fun.Â
In late August both Plymouth Chief of Police Alex Hutchins, an Alexandria resident, and Sarah Sanborn, long-time resident of Plymouth and teacher at Plymouth Elementary School, suffered devastating medical emergencies. They are both pivotal community members to the Plymouth and Newfound areas. This has not only rocked their families, but the broader communities as well.
Stronger Together seeks to raise funds and raise the spirits of everyone touched by Alex Hutchins and Sarah Sanborn. Admission is by cash donation and all proceeds will benefit the Hutchins and Sanborn families.Â
