MOULTONBOROUGH — The Moultonborough Women’s Club wrapped up its year at Barn on the Pemi in Plymouth on June 3. Co-presidents Joanne Wilhelm and Libby Reichlin oversaw a business meeting that included the installation of officers for the coming year, as well as a number of honorees. Among them was Janice Bogasky who, in addition to being largely responsible for the swell in membership the MWC has enjoyed this year, is the co-chair of the fundraising committee. Along with hostess and co-chair Karen Ciardi, she masterminded this year’s sold-out spring fundraiser, the June Jamboree.
The 2024 Woman of the Year is Deb Kumpf. She is a long-time member who has served in various capacities over the years, including vice president, president and director. She received the award for being a remarkable leader, and a tireless and selfless volunteer.
