MOULTONBOROUGH — The Lakes Region’s most popular book sale is moving to a new date — Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 26-27 — but with the same great selection of books at low prices ($2 or less). The annual sale, which in previous years as taken place in early July, attracts many avid readers.
The sale on Saturday, Aug. 26, will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and on Sunday, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the Moultonborough Library. The Moultonborough Women’s Club will be hosting a baked goods and refreshment table on Saturday.
“If you are looking to replenish your shelves with a new assortment of books for your reading pleasure, you can’t afford to miss this sale,” said Moultonborough Library volunteer Ginger Ishkanian. “The proceeds from our annual book sale help support a variety of family events and community programs.”
Good quality books can be donated at the Moultonborough Library during library hours until Aug. 19.
