WOLFEBORO — Makers Mill is seeking a full-time programs director to lead the design, growth, and delivery of its expanding lineup of classes, workshops, and community initiatives.

Based at Makers Mill’s makerspace at 23 Bay St., the role is central to the organization’s mission of connecting people to creativity, skills, and community. The programs director will oversee a robust calendar of offerings while working closely with instructors, volunteers, and community partners to bring new ideas to life.

The position includes developing new programming, coordinating logistics and scheduling, supporting instructors, and helping grow participation and earned revenue. The role also involves maintaining systems, tracking program outcomes, and working with marketing and fundraising efforts to expand reach and impact.

Makers Mill offers a wide range of learning opportunities across disciplines, including woodworking, fiber arts, metalsmithing, digital fabrication, and more, along with community initiatives such as Repair Café, Adaptive Arts, and youth programming.

The position is full-time, based primarily on-site in Wolfeboro, with some flexibility for remote work. The salary range is $45,000 to $60,000, with benefits including flexible scheduling, paid time off, and a Makers Mill membership. Applications are open through May 15.
