MEREDITH — Meredith Village Savings Bank recently made a $5,000 donation to NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire in support of HOMEteam. This program provides essential education and resources for local residents to help them make good financial decisions when it comes to purchasing or maintaining a home.
“We are grateful to MVSB for their continued partnership,” said HOMEteam Director Paul McLaughlin. “Support from our community partners allows us to continue to provide education and resources to homebuyers at every stage of their housing process.”
“HOMEteam is a wonderful program that truly gives a leg up to homebuyers looking for affordable housing, especially when they are facing current market challenges like low inventory and higher interest rates,” said MVSB Vice President & Mortgage Loan Program Specialist Denise Hubbard. “These services are critical to the long-term health of our local communities and residents.”
HOMEteam is a collaborative program between NeighborWorks Southern New Hampshire, CATCH Neighborhood Housing and Lakes Region Community Developers, dedicated to providing New Hampshire residents access to information, support, and tools to help them navigate the home purchase process.
