GILFORD  Join the Gilford Public Library for “Islands of Southern Lake Winni.” Local historian and author Stephanie Erickson will take guests on a trip through history, exploring the development of Lake Winnipesaukee, perhaps New Hampshire’s most enduring legacy.

A place of beauty and respite for those fleeing the hustle and bustle of city life now serves as the home for thousands. This small view into ‘Lake Life’ before summer arrives will be on Tuesday, April 14 at 5:30 p.m.
