GILMANTON — Jasmyn Gray brings a world of vibrant color, playfulness, and whimsy to the Gilmanton Year-Round Library space. Drawing inspiration from nostalgic childhood memories — from her grandparents’ gardens to sunny days sailing on the lake — her artwork reflects a deep love for nature, memory, and creative wonder.

With a degree in illustration from The Art Institute of Boston and a master’s in art education from Plymouth State University, Gray has been inspiring young artists in the region for 18 years.

When she’s not teaching or running youth art camps, she’s busy in her studio creating original pieces and curating unique local thrift finds.

Stop by the library during normal hours through October to view her work.

For artist submissions, local creators interested in future month-long feature slots can request submission guidelines by emailing GYRLA at gyrlanh@gmail.com.
