MEREDITH — The Meredith Historical Society will hold its annual yard sale fundraiser on Saturday, June 1, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the parking lot of Annalee Dolls on Daniel Webster Hwy.

Each spring, the local group collects donations to raise funds in support of its mission to preserve, develop, and promote the knowledge and awareness of Meredith’s unique history.

Items can include furniture, electronics, tools, household gadgets and pretty much anything and everything imaginable. Formerly part of the townwide yard sale event, the society has kept up the tradition on its own in the years since it lapsed during COVID-19.

Donations can be dropped off at the Annalee Dolls parking lot, 339 Daniel Webster Hwy. at 5-7 p.m., Friday, May 31. No clothing.

“We hope you will think of the Meredith Historical Society when you are doing your spring cleaning,” said Society President John Hopper. “All household, yard and garden tools, fun lake stuff, toys and vintage items will be accepted.”

Money raised from the annual yard sale is used toward maintaining the society’s museums on Main Street and Winona Road.
