CONCORD — New Hampshire Department of Safety, Division of Motor Vehicles Director John C. Marasco informs the state that DMV employees will again participate in a comprehensive training day focused on customer service, professional development, and emergency preparedness on Columbus Day.

To provide this agency-wide training, all DMV locations statewide will be closed on Monday, Oct. 12.

“This annual training day is designed to enhance the skills of all DMV employees by reinforcing exceptional everyday customer service, supporting their professional growth, strengthening their readiness for emergencies, and promoting effective teamwork to ensure smooth, collaborative operations across all our bureaus,” said Marasco.

Normal business hours will resume on Tuesday, Oct. 13.
