LACONIA — Wescott Law has named Attorney Sarah Rubury as a director and partner of the firm.
Sarah joined Wescott Law in 2016, having previously practiced in New York. A 2013 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Sarah also graduated magna cum laude from the Honors College of Middle Tennessee State University. She is admitted to practice in the Courts of New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
“Sarah has provided exceptional legal representation for many local businesses and facilitated numerous real estate transactions, including, most recently, the highest-priced commercial real estate purchase in the Lakes Region in 2021,” states Attorney Kathrine Lacey, co-managing partner at the firm. “Her problem-solving ability is innovative and comprehensive. We are excited to see what the future holds with Sarah joining us at the helm of Wescott Law. “
Sarah focuses her legal practice on complex real estate and business matters as well as estate planning and probate administration. She is a member of the Town of Rumney Planning Board and is on the Board of the Grafton Regional Development Corporation, which is a non-profit dedicated to creating opportunity for entrepreneurs and businesses in New Hampshire.
Sarah lives in Rumney with her husband and two children, where they enjoy hiking, rock climbing, wakeboarding, and cooking.
