LACONIA — New Hampshire Ball Bearings, Inc. has hired Cassie Clark as vice president of finance and administration and Jason Racine as general manager of NHBB’s Astro Division.
Clark began her career with NHBB in 2023 as director of finance and administration. She has 25 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and financial operations management, and holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Bentley University, and a master’s in business administration from Southern New Hampshire University.
Racine brings over 20 years of experience in plant management, operations, continuous improvement, and leadership to his new role. He is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a bachelor’s degree in resource economics, and holds a master’s in business administration from Franklin Pierce University.
“I am eager to collaborate with Jason and Cassie and support their efforts to drive our continued progress.” said Rich Bardellini, recently appointed president of NHBB.  “Their unique skills will bring fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to help us reach our goals.”
