LACONIA — Irwin Toyota Scion has been awarded the Toyota President's Award.
Each year Toyota Motors Sales, presents the award to dealerships which have excelled in providing the highest standards of customer satisfaction. The President's Award is the highest honor a dealership can receive from Toyota Motor Sales.
To be selected, a dealership must excel in a number of different categories, including sales satisfaction, service satisfaction, market share attainment, vehicle delivery excellence and employee training and certification. Dealerships must meet or exceed the standard in all areas of dealership performance in order to qualify for this award.
"Every day, our team strives to go above and beyond to ensure outstanding customer satisfaction" said Chris Irwin, vice president of the Irwin Automotive Group. He went on to say "This recognition by Toyota Motors Sales really sets us apart in this industry. It really motivates us to keep providing high quality products and service."
