Franklin Savings Bank is committed as a legacy sponsor of the Belknap Mill Museum’s 2026 season.
The Belknap Mill serves as a cornerstone for local business, culture, and connection. Through this sponsorship, Franklin Savings Bank is investing in ongoing improvements and initiatives designed to enhance the space and create new opportunities for residents, visitors, and the business community.
“We were really impressed by the recent renovations, breadth of community programs offered, and overall historical character that has been preserved at the Belknap Mill,” said Brian Bozak, president and chief executive officer for Franklin Savings Bank. “It’s these kinds of community events that really bring people together.”
For more than 200 years, the Belknap Mill has stood at the heart of Laconia, as a symbol of innovation, resilience, and community spirit. Once a pioneering textile mill, the building now serves as a museum and cultural hub, connecting New Hampshire’s industrial heritage with contemporary arts, education, and civic engagement.
“Franklin Savings Bank’s investment is a powerful example of what community partnership looks like. Their support helps ensure the Belknap Mill continues to be a place where history, culture, and community come together for generations to come," said Laura LeMein, chair of the board of the Belknap Mill Society, the organization which runs the museum.
