LACONIA — Bank of New Hampshire has announced that Kerstyn Flack has joined their team of community banking professionals as assistant vice president — Dover Banking office manager.
Kerstyn comes to Bank of New Hampshire with seven years of experience in financial operations. She brings a wealth of knowledge of customer service, employee engagement, and branch management.
In this role, Kerstyn will be responsible for management of the office’s deposit portfolio, customer relationship management, new business development and community engagement. She will also oversee all daily operations of the office while becoming a trusted resource for customers.
