GILFORD — KOAL, PLLC adds Kenneth B. Tatro as senior project designer and project manager — residential practice.
Tatro brings approximately 30 years of architectural design and project management experience to KOAL, with extensive experience in custom residential design. In his new role, he will work directly with homeowners, builders, and consultants on residential projects from initial planning and design through construction documentation and project coordination.
The addition of Tatro represents an important expansion of KOAL’s residential practice as the firm continues to serve clients throughout New Hampshire, including the Lakes Region, Lake Sunapee area, and Seacoast.
“Ken brings a depth of residential experience that allows us to expand this part of our practice while maintaining the personal service and direct involvement that are important to our firm,” said Donald W. Blajda, principal of KOAL. “His experience working with homeowners and builders will be a great asset to both our clients and our team.”
Tatro’s background includes the design and management of custom homes, renovations, additions, and other residential projects. His experience includes working closely with clients to develop designs that respond to the site, the homeowner’s goals, and the practical requirements of construction.
Founded in 2015, KOAL, PLLC is a New Hampshire architectural firm providing architectural design and project management services for residential, commercial, institutional, and public-sector projects.
Tatro joined the firm in September. Contact Ken at 603-215-7055 or ken@koalpllc.com.
