Kate Tarbox elected president of Central NH Chamber of Commerce board

PLYMOUTH — The Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce has elected Kate Tarbox president of its board of directors for the 2026-28 term.

Tarbox has served as director of marketing and community relations at Speare Memorial Hospital in Plymouth for more than a decade. Her work has earned dozens of regional and national awards during that time. An active chamber board member, she brings extensive experience in communications, community engagement, and partnership development to her new leadership role.

“I am honored to serve as president of the Central New Hampshire Chamber of Commerce,” Tarbox said. “Our region is home to a remarkable community of businesses and organizations. I look forward to working with our board, staff, and members to strengthen connections, encourage collaboration, and help our communities thrive.”

As president, Tarbox will lead the chamber’s volunteer board and work closely with Executive Director Billie Agey to strengthen business connections and support economic vitality across the 23 towns the chamber serves.

The chamber’s officers for 2026-27 also include Past President Jennifer Duncan of Service Credit Union, Secretary Linda Jennings of Lakes Region Community College, and Treasurer Aimee Lee of the Town of Plymouth.
