CENTER HARBOR — Sean Holgate has joined the team at Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage-Center Harbor.
Holgate has lived in the Lakes Region since 1992 and is very familiar with the area. He was a trainer for a major corporation and has held several management positions over the 23 years he worked for them.
"Sean’s work ethic and attention to detail, in addition to his communication skills, will ensure his success in the real estate business," said Scott Rolfe, branch vice-president and manager of the Center Harbor office.
Holgate is the father of four boys and he has three grandchildren. He and his wife, Brenda, live in Laconia.
Holgate said he believes wisdom is one of God's greatest gifts.
