MEREDITH ― Jennifer Worden and Andrea Cram, Realtors with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, will co-host a free seminar titled LakeStyles of the Rich & Famous at the Meredith Public Library at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, May 5.
They will talk about and show photos of expensive houses and mansions currently for sale or recently sold in the Lakes Region. They will address questions such as what was the largest real estate transaction in their office, what is the most expensive home sale ever in the Lakes Region, and what amenities do people look for in these showcase properties. They will also reveal what celebrities are known to live in the area and how a person becomes a real estate agent to the stars.
Worden and Cram love to share their personal stories and enthusiasm for the real estate profession in their fun and informative sessions. After the presentation, there will be time for an audience Q&A on topics from the evening or on other real estate questions.
