Roche Realty Group names top producers for 2023

MEREDITH — Frank Roche, president of Roche Realty Group, named the top five producers for the firm in 2023.

Kevin Shaw produced a closed sales volume of $24.4 million, involving 46 transaction sides for the year 2023. His average selling price was $531,309. Shaw is the top producer for the firm in 2023. Roche said, “Kevin Shaw had another stellar year in sales. His sales volume of $24,440,200 placed him 11th in sales in the Lakes Region Board of Realtors out of over 900 members. This is a major accomplishment, considering he achieved this volume individually and not as part of a team," as reported by a number of other top producers. Shaw has been practicing real estate with Roche Realty Group for 23 years and has sold all types of real estate.

Joe MacDonald produced a closed volume of $18.6 million, involving 22 transaction sides for the year of 2023. His average selling price was $843,950. MacDonald has been with the company for over 15 years and achieved a record year in sales.

Denise Morrison produced a closed volume of $13.2 million, involving 32.5 transaction sides for the year of 2023. Her average selling price was $405,569. Morrison had a phenomenal year, selling all types of properties throughout the entire state of New Hampshire.

Tom Drouin produced a closed volume of $9.1 million, involving 7.5 transaction sides for the year of 2023. His average selling price was $1,210,667. Drouin has been with our company for 30 years and has been a consistent multi-million-dollar producer every year.

Wanda Keenan produced a closed volume of $8.6 million, involving 30 transaction sides for the year of 2023. Her average selling price was $287,273.
