To The Daily Sun,
I think there will be some disappointment with The Laconia Daily Sun only published three days a week but we should be thankful to have a local newspaper at all to share nearby news, debate issues of all sorts, and comment on the news of the day. A local paper is one of the things that helps our democracy succeed. Across the country many local papers are now gone and those folks are left with regional newspapers at best. Three days a week is a small price to pay to keep The Daily Sun operating year round.
