To The Daily Sun,
Judge "Don" Juan Merchan's reprehensible command of the Donald Trump trial defies legal precedent. He gave the jury instructions which included no need for a unanimous decision on what the separate crime was regarding what "predicate" crime he committed. Huh? He is the Don Juan of judges because he seduced the jurors rather than women. Instead of "Twelve Angry Men," the judge provided us with "12 angry jurors." Judge Merchan deserves the judicial black eye of dishonor for his unethical mischief with his "wink, wink" assist to a jury that was most likely all Democrat Party voters.
Judge Merchan obstructed the defense by denying them the opportunity to bring forth an expert witness. He also overruled their objections while sustaining the prosecution's objections. Just as Atticus Finch asked an all-white jury to cast aside their prejudices and focus on the obvious facts, Trump's lawyer asked the jurors to just look at the facts, knowing that this jury was probably nearly as biased as that all-white jury in the fictional movie, "To Kill a Mockingbird."
Despite the glee from the fifth column, Democrat Party mouthpieces on the alphabet soup, legacy media, May 30, 2024, is a very dark day for the judicial system in this country. The "Fourth Estate" is dead, at least when referencing the "mmm" not-so-good alphabet media. This trial result opens the door for judicial malfeasance on both sides of the political aisle. The brilliant Daniel Greenfield puts this travesty in perspective: "The guilty verdict does not make Trump a felon; it makes Manhattan a Banana Republic." The Marxist-infused Democrat Party has won this battle. Now is the time for the principled, Constitutional conservatives in the GOP to fight back using every legal, peaceful tool in their arsenal.
