Michael Breen: Moral mandate to end democracy-destroying corruption

Why aren’t the history-altering lies like the “Trump-Russia collusion ... the Russian planted laptop ... the border is secure ... riots are peaceful,” and/or “Biden is fine,” offensive to every one of us?

Similarly, shouldn’t threats and hate speech that fuel attempted assassinations (Brett Kavanaugh and Donald Trump) offend us all? Who really believes the sophistry of reason — that these lies are necessary to “save democracy?” Isn’t this corruption the antipathy of democracy?

What motivates this depravity? President Barack Obama’s presidential wealth skyrocketed from $1.3 million to $70 million; astonishingly, when in office, the Clintons' $1.3 million promptly swelled to $241.5 million; the estimated Joe Biden graft north of $50 million has yet to include offshore accounts' investigations. Conversely, Trump’s assets declined from $3 billion to $2.3 billion. His goals to “drain the swamp” rendered him as a never substantiated “threat to democracy.”

Wealthy Democrat donors forcing delegate support for a candidate who failed to obtain one delegate democratically defines totalitarianism precisely. It also exposes Kamala Harris’ reward for years of lying about President Biden’s cognitive abilities. Inexplicably, her public salary wealth is at $8 million ... so far.

Too many intelligent Americans are manipulated by financially motivated political canards. They distract us from understanding real consequences such as: mass urban homelessness, uncontrolled and unprosecuted urban crime, 21% inflation, deterioration of our public education, military, police, (and recently, the Secret Service), 300,000 fentanyl murders originating from our uncontrolled border, and the hundreds of thousands of deaths facilitated by two highly profitable yet preventable wars. American’s moral mandate is to stop living by lies and end this democracy-destroying corruption.
