Michael Breen: Country can stay a republic if voters keep it that way

America’s government corruption emanating from efforts to substitute state-bestowed entitlements for unalienable, God-given rights is waning. Its vanguards include the academically pitiful, child-damaging, anti-historic and unscientific ideological public educational content, the robust election fraud nexus with the unprecedented theft of public funds, the marshaling of administrative, intelligence, and judicial entities against our citizenry, and the use of criminal rioters alongside relentless hate laden propaganda.

This malice has escalated to significantly enhanced levels of intimidation, assault, and murder of targeted American citizens and political leaders — those not inclined to abandon the first principles of the Enlightenment Era of a social contract grounded in rationalism, genuine science, natural rights, religious tolerance, and individual equality (not “equity” for selected contrived groups).

Recent Supreme Court responses include: (1) The Monsanto Co. v. Durnell (7-2) decision stopping the employment of state product warning labels which are contrary to federal Environmental Protection Agency scientific findings; (2) The Wolford v. Lopez decision (6-3) to nullify the unreasonable mandate of gun carriers attaining private property owner permission when present on publicly accessible areas (consider the otherwise needed constant shifting data base gun carriers would need to track property ownership changes and shifting property ownership “permissions” for Second Amendment rights.) (3) The Mullin v. Al Otro Lado reasoning (6-3) that the years-to-complete adjudication of asylum obviously cannot plausibly attach the instant of each illegal entry; and (4) The Mullin v. Doe affirmation (6-3) that the Executive Branch’s removal of temporary protected status is wholly consistent with our separation of powers doctrine. The majority opinions of this court are rational interpretations of our Constitution, not political fodder. Thank God, this loyalty to the role of the court is slowly but steadily retarding a persistent and perfidious agenda of national chaos.
