My name is Matthew Wood and I am running for the Republican Primary on Sept. 10. I ask for votes as delegate to the state convention in Gilford, Gilmanton and Laconia Ward 2. I am running as a neighbor, as a father of four and as a husband. I am deeply invested in our community; seeing that the future is bright for our children and grandchildren.
After falling in love with Gunstock, my wife Jade and I moved to Gilford in 2011. In our time here we have built a connection to the community through volunteering, coaching youth sports and church. Gilford is where we bought our first home and Laconia Ward 2 is where I work each day.
I ask that voters join myself and my family at the polls on Sept. 10, to continue to keep New Hampshire’s Lakes Region the gem of our great state.
