Mary Quinn: Endorsing Sarah Chadzynski for Congressional District 1

Not a Democrat or a Republican; I am fiercely independent, and I value our state’s "Live Free or Die” mentality.

In these midterm elections, we have the chance to stop the insanity in Washington, D.C. by voting. That’s right. Our votes matter and it’s time to "drain the swamp" of legacy candidates and Washington insiders. It’s time to send a strong, working-class candidate to represent our needs, not those of special interests.

That’s why I’m endorsing Sarah Chadzynski to represent us in New Hampshire’s Congressional District 1.

I've attended several meet-and-greets as well as candidates' speed-dating events. The person I most connected with is Sarah.

Unlike the legacy candidate who talks only about one issue, or the Washington insider who fails miserably at reading the room or responding directly to questions, Sarah dug deep into each person's query. She looked us in the eye and shared our concerns.

In addition to her ability to connect personally, Sarah has the greatest breadth of experience of all the candidates having tackled international and domestic issues. While other candidates tell voters what they will do, Sarah’s resume tells them what she’s already done ― and why she’s ready, willing and able to tackle more.

In my opinion, she’s got the goods, and in today's political environment, we deserve a leader like Sarah, who truly understands the needs of working families and the need to put people over politics and party.

Please get to the polls on Sept. 8 for New Hampshire’s primary election and vote for Sarah Chadzynski to represent us in NH District 1.
