To The Daily Sun,

As a longtime union member and New Hampshire voter, I have often seen Mark Mackenzie go into action when worker's jobs and safety are at stake.

I have seen Mark on the picket line fighting to get a fair contract for workers who have been locked out or forced to go on strike. I've seen him fight at the N.H. Statehouse for women's pay equity and to protect worker's compensation benefits for women and men who are injured on the job. Many, many times I have seen Mark fight against state legislation that would weaken worker protections and undermine the power of collective bargaining, and he wins.

Over the years I have stood with Mark when he has fought for immigrant justice, for affordable health care for all, for raising our state's rock-bottom minimum wage, and to stop our public school funding from being plundered by Governor Sununu and the other cheerleaders for the radical school voucher plan.

Mark MacKenzie is a true leader for N.H. working families, he works tirelessly for what is good for us and he will not let us down. Please join me in voting for Mark Mackenzie for Congress in the Democratic Primary on Tuesday, September 11.
