To The Daily Sun,
The sun came out Sunday night at the Interlakes Summer Theatre’s production of the musical, “Annie." The cast was outstanding, with special applause for the young girls who played the orphans and Quinn Titcomb, who was Annie. Such incredible talent blooming in our area.
As we watched the show, I thought about how important the arts are to all of us and how much they need our support. And how much we need this theater experience for our youth and our community. Interlakes Summer Theatre is vital to our community because it brings people together and gives us a live experience that movies and television cannot match. It also supports the local economy by drawing visitors to nearby restaurants and shops. Interlakes Summer Theatre will be celebrating its 20th year next summer. Consider supporting them by purchasing season tickets early. Readers will enjoy every show.
