To The Daily Sun,Â
I was shopping at Market Basket in Tilton, on Wednesday, at approximately 2 p.m. I am humbled, grateful and blessed that there are still honest people in this world. Not wanting to bring my purse in to grocery shop, I put a $50 bill in my pocket, or so I thought. I didn't realize I had dropped it until checking out. A manager informed me that mere minutes before it had been turned in at customer service. Needless to say, I was shocked. Cash isn't a debit card that you can just cancel. Once it's gone, it's gone. How many people would have turned it in? Good people exist. Again, I am so grateful and incredibly blessed for those "good" people.
