To The Daily Sun,
Moultonborough, Madison and Tamworth are so lucky to have Bryan Randolph running to be their New Hampshire House representative. Currently, the average representative is 61 years old.
Bryan, on the other hand, is old enough to be a family man, young enough to relate to the issues facing our youngest residents and wise enough to listen to all segments of our population.
As a social worker, listening is part of his job. He turns that listening into action steps to help his clients improve their lives. He works with young children, veterans and traumatized firefighters and police. He sees firsthand how bad policy in Concord adds to the woes of everyday folks in New Hampshire.
Bryan, his wife and young daughter experience the struggles that families have in finding affordable housing, buying groceries and filling the gas tank.
Bryan also sees how the older, longtime incumbents running for the Statehouse in these three towns represent a party that has voted consistently to cut taxes for mega corporations. They have given multi-million dollar tax breaks to the top 1% of the wealthiest people in New Hampshire. But none for residents.
Those cuts to the wealthy and corporations have cost the state hundreds of millions of dollars in lost revenue. Families like Bryan’s and ours make up the difference through higher property taxes to pay for the essential services the corporations and wealthy no longer support.
On Nov. 3, let's give families a voice in the NH Statehouse, and let's take on special interests in Concord who have made life harder for everyone. Let's vote for Bryan Randolph to be Moultonborough, Tamworth and Madison's New Hampshire House representative.
