To The Daily Sun,
As the state representative race approaches, it is important for the residents of our great city to know who they are voting for and what these individuals plan to do once elected. Paul Rossi, who has only been a resident of Laconia for a very short time, is running for a seat in the Statehouse. It is doubtful that someone who has only been here for such a short time knows what is best for our city and its longtime residents, and it calls into question his commitment to the area and if he is even willing to stay for an extended time.
Rossi's platform and public positions have been largely focused on extremists' views on education. He is shown in countless media appearances badmouthing public education and attempting to push an agenda that would tear our education system apart. Rossi has been one of the strongest voices for Education Freedom Accounts and expansion of them, which has the clear purpose of removing funding from public and neighborhood schools to fund richer, more extreme ideologies in education.
These views are nearly identical to the views of many Free State aligned extremists that have been attempting to take over New Hampshire's political system. It can clearly be seen what Paul Rossi's goal would be if elected, and it is not difficult to connect the dots to Free State's stated agenda for the towns and cities across our state.
