Carmen Lorentz, the executive director of Lakes Region Community Developers, is now a regular contributor to The Daily Sun on matters pertaining to housing policies in the Lakes Region. Even though she advocates for increased funding for low-income housing, there is a sense that her approach may not give enough consideration to higher-income homeowners' tax burdens. Carmen Lorentz draws a six-figure salary herself and pretends to care about the community. Would she take a pay cut and still push like this or is it for personal benefit?
