Dept of Corrections seeks violent fugitive who could be in Tilton

CONCORD — Officers with the New Hampshire Department of Corrections are seeking to locate Jamie J. Judkins, a fugitive known to have ties to the Tilton area, with violent tendencies.

Judkins, 52, was on parole for charges of reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and operating a vehicle as a habitual offender. In October 2025, Judkins allegedly left parole supervision, and an arrest warrant was issued by the New Hampshire Parole Board. 

Judkins has an extensive criminal history that spans over three decades, and includes convictions for burglary, drug offenses, driving offenses, violating a protective order, false imprisonment, stalking, criminal trespass, hindering apprehension or prosecution, resisting arrest or detention, disobeying a police officer, reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, and multiple probation and parole violations, according to NH DOC. 

When employed, Judkins typically works construction. His driver's license is suspended.

Judkins is white, 6' tall, with brown eyes, and brown or bald hair. He’s got shark and fish tattoos on his upper left arm, and a flaming skull tattoo on his upper right arm.
