To The Daily Sun,
When the state first voted for a New Hampshire Lottery, voters were promised that all lottery proceeds would be for public education. What happened to that? There is no way to find out what the proceeds are, no mention in the state budget how much the lottery provides for public education or even if there are any proceeds. I really don’t want to discover that the proceeds are going in someone’s pocket and another politician's promise was bogus.
