Laconia knocked it out of the park. I’m so proud of them. Pumpkin Fest was amazing. The skill needed to satisfy so many needs to operate an event of this magnitude within such a short period of time is nothing short of extraordinary.
For all of us who only needed to meander from one street to another, appreciate the wares of one vendor from another, one food truck from another and enjoy the entertainment along the way, I couldn’t help but think of the village of worker bees required to make it seem so effortless. All of this wrapped up in a great big hug from Mother Nature with her blazing, but never hot, sunshine and Father Moon timing his appearance to a tee made for a memory to be long remembered.
A heartfelt thanks to all of the beekeepers and bees for a spectacular weekend.Â
