Charles Bradley III: Judicial system fails reporter following threats from Antifa

As a person who practiced law, the sordid and lamentable history of the American judicial and jury system has disturbed me as much as the history of Islam or the Catholic Church.

The treatment of Andy Ngo is the most recent, if the worst, mistreatment of a litigant in recent legal history. A summary is necessary because the Mainstream Media Manipulators have hidden Ngo’s persecution from our nation:

1) Andy Ngo covered the Portland, Oregon, riots truthfully. Ngo is one of those rare birds who deserves the title “journalist.”

2) Recall that Antifa burned Portland to the ground in June 2020, destroying Portland small businesses and causing millions of dollars in damage.

3) For his historic journalistic efforts, Ngo was assaulted by the thuggish and violent Antifa criminals.

4) Among many physical injuries, the criminal thuggish Antifa inflicted brain injuries on Ngo.

5) Immoral Portland politicians (Communist Demolitioncrats) refused to criminally prosecute Antifa members for this horrendous aggravated felonious assault.

6) This failure forced Ngo to seek justice in a civil action.

7) Antifa’s lawyer threatened the jurors by openly saying “we know who you are, and we know where you live. We will not forget.”

8) The blatant and outrageous intimidation of the jury at final argument resulted in a verdict of no civil liability. The judge was also intimidated.

The judge could have directed a verdict for Ngo and ordered the jury to assess damages. The judge could have filed a complaint with the Bar Association concerning the outrageous violation of attorney ethics. The judge has done nothing. Cowardice prevails in our judicial system.

Andy Ngo is one of many. It is not a matter of common sense or incompetence; it is diabolical intent.
