To The Daily Sun,

We are excited that the residents of Pine Gardens Mobile Home Park in Belmont once again filled the room at the Belknap County Complex on Saturday Jan. 30. This was the very first meeting since being registered with the N.H. Secretary of State as a tenant's organization.

Our sincere gratitude to guests Robert Cook of the Manufactured Home Owner Tenants Association (MOTA-NH) and Chris Clasby from N.H. Community Loan Fund, for sharing their knowledge and expertise with us. They were both very informative.

We are still accepting membership applications. If you are a resident living in the Pine Gardens Mobile Home Park in Belmont, and are interested in being part of our association, please contact us and we will provide you with a membership application form . . . and remember, you may not be evicted for joining a tenant's organization.

We are TOPGUN Association, Tenants of Pine Gardens Uniting Neighbors, come join us.
