To the editor,
Good governance to me involves dialogue. It is preferable to solve disputes and not to let them evolve into a simmering friction.
To seek to punish individuals and/or organizations because of policy or other reasons is counter-productive.
And yes, I do know that I am being vague here. It is deliberate.
